Nina Knaudt has spent over two decades living and working at the intersection of fashion, luxury, hospitality, and culture, in Munich, New York, Paris, Milan, Berlin, and Duesseldorf.

She built her career with some of the most iconic names in global luxury and fashion, before co-founding RIANNA + NINA in Berlin in 2014, a label that grew from a single boutique into a global luxury presence, with flagships in Paris and Marbella, stockists across five continents, and lasting partnerships with the world's most celebrated hospitality destinations, including the Ritz Paris, Il Pellicano, and the Marbella Club Hotel.

In 2023 and 2024, she was named to the A50, the ranking of the 50 most important figures in German fashion, published by ACHTUNG x FAZ Magazin.

Today, Nina works independently as a sparring partner for big ideas. She understands what a business truly needs, sees potential, sets a clear vision, and brings the energy and passion to move things forward, whether building something new or opening up new markets, new customers, and new directions for companies ready to grow.
